Dear Universe,

I am grateful for each moment of exploration in this lifetime. I am present to the abundance of love and joy in my life. I am present to the acceptance and hope in moments of scarcity and darkness. As I move into the next season, I look forward to the shedding of old patterns, previous ways of being and unhealthy habits that no longer serve me to create space for the new.

I acknowledge that I have been unkind and unloving towards myself by allowing doubt and disgust to make its way into my thoughts. I am committed to creating love in every roll, jiggly bit and indent. I will accept that there is no perfection in life and only “happy accidents”, growth opportunities and moments to ponder further.

I am open to the journey and trust in my marriage to explore the richness of intimacy and faith alongside Andrei. The Fall will bring shifts in all places and I will remain grateful for the opportunity to be closer to family and establish a foundation for growth in our financial future. My body deserves nourishment, forgiveness and love and I will provide that to it. I am committed to unleashing the divine feminine within me and look forward to nurturing my inner wild woman as I level out the masculine energy that has run the show so much this past year.

I am cheers-ing my Starbucks sippy-cup filled with water, to the future, that is now and to all that will be created in this lifetime.
